**** Logo making process ****
The process begins when you place an order in the store. After payment is complete, contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 to 4 hours of order confirmation and we will ask you about your logo’s vision and what you would like to include in your logo.
When you tell us your requirements, we will start designing the logo for you. It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to send you the first draft of the logo (3 logo concepts), each of which meets the requirements you mentioned.
If you fell in love with any of these 3 concepts then voila, we have a winner and we’ll send you the final file of the logo as soon as possible.
However, if you like the 3 concepts but would like to make some changes/modifications to them, then we will make those changes and send you the revised logo ideas within 24 hours.

**** RETURN & REFUND POLICIES ****
The logos we offer are custom made , and if in any case if you are not satisfied with the logo concept, then we do offer 100% refund to you.
But , once you have requested a change / revision in any logo concept, then no refund would be possible.
